Complete design cycle from conceptual design to final design and to a manufacture-ready product – OR – anywhere in between. A proven design methodology process is utilized to designs ranging from simpler component level to more complex system level designs.
Designs performed with 3DCAD such as CREO and SolidWorks. Generate assembly and piece part drawings. 3D modeling graphics can be utilized for marketing, patent applications, and marketing.
Design of electronic devices and systems including dense electronic packaging, external and internal electrical interfaces. Perform thermal analyses for high power dissipation systems and incorporation of passive or active cooling such as with fins, heat pipes, and fans.
Document existing components and/or products, through measurements and/or laser scans.
Perform structural and thermal analyses as required to support product design.
Prototypes including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography, Polyject, and machining to support the design development cycle and as required by our clients.
Testing performed to stringent military/government specifications and custom designed tests. Create comprehensive test plans and reports. Support for Safety ratings on products.
Drawings, assembly instructions, and Bill of Materials along with preferred parts suppliers. Provide assistance with transitioning to manufacturing, such as vendor selection, assembly, fixtures and quality control.
Robust design of military grade components and/or systems to meet stringent military specifications, and harsh environments to include high-G forces, pyroshock, and severe climatic conditions. Comprehensive reports, earned value cost and schedule tracking,
Industrial design of commercial products, incorporating aesthetic appeal, reliability, and ergonomics. Cost effective designs, ease of assembly, and early prototypes are employed.
Design of medically related products. Provide modifications and/or enhancements to devices such as wheelchairs, scooters, and rehabilitation devices.
